Winter Park Farmers Market vendor story
Lettuce Bee Your Greenhouse at Winter Park Farmers Market
Visit Cathy, the owner of Lettuce Bee Your Greenhouse at the market each Saturday.
Behind every crisp leaf and golden jar of honey is our founder, Cathy Elliott — the heart and hands of Lettuce Bee Your Greenhouse.
Cathy started this farm out of a love for growing fresh food and a passion for giving back to her community. What began as a small dream has blossomed into a sustainable hydroponic greenhouse that feeds families, restaurants, and markets across Central Florida.
Her philosophy is simple: grow with purpose, nurture with care, and share goodness with others. Cathy believes that fresh food connects people — and her joyful spirit and dedication shine through in every harvest.
She’s the reason Lettuce Bee Your Greenhouse isn’t just a farm… it’s a family.
